01 Who this applies to
This Withdrawal Notice applies if you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB — that is, you concluded the subscription for purposes that are predominantly outside your trade, business, craft or profession.
If you signed up as a business (sole proprietor for business purposes, partnership, company), please skip to Section 06.
02 Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
03 Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including any delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
If you requested that performance of the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the point at which you informed us of the withdrawal, compared with the total scope of the service provided for in the contract.
04 Early expiry — digital services
For contracts that have a digital service as their subject matter, the right of withdrawal expires — in accordance with § 356 (4) BGB — before the end of the 14-day period if:
- you have expressly consented at checkout to us commencing performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period;
- you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract; and
- we have fully provided the service.
At checkout we present a clearly labelled checkbox covering points (1) and (2). Subscription services are deemed fully provided at the end of each paid billing period; partial periods follow the pro-rata rule in Section 03 above.
05 Model withdrawal form
(You only have to complete and return this form if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)
06 Note for businesses (B2B)
The statutory right of withdrawal under §§ 355, 356 BGB applies only to consumers (§ 13 BGB). It does not apply to subscriptions concluded for the Customer’s trade, business, craft or profession. Business customers’ rights of termination are governed by the Terms of Service, Section 05.
